My new albino boa baby Lucian

He was shipped to me a month ago, after a 2 month shipping wait due to the extremely cold weather this winter. So glad he's home : )

OOOHHH!!! Do I understand correctly, that the albinos (or most morphs) are bred from the more insulated island boas and tend to stay a bit smaller than the normal boas? Not alot, just more like 6-8 feet rather than 8-10?

Yasemin, actually I'm not positive, but I believe he is a Kahl strain.
Mora, yes, you are correct, they usually only reach 6-8 feet, which will be perfect size for dancing.

My girl is Kahl also, when i saw the pic I thought it was mine!
She was bred by the Writes.

Interesting thing, you can't breed Sharps and Kahls and get Albino since the gene is located in a different place.
I think you can breed to a normal tho.
